Puppy availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
A deposit is required to reserve a puppy. Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Final payment is due at the time of pickup or delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse sale if we believe a home is not a good fit for the puppy.
3. Health Guarantee
Each puppy will be up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming. Health guarantees, if any, will be provided in writing at the time of sale.
4. Limitation of Liability
Oakdale German Shepherds is not responsible for damages or losses incurred from the use of this site or purchase of a puppy, except as required by law.
